On December 22, 2009, a rap superstar Lil B released his second studio album “6 Kiss,” a 22-track project that will eventually get it’s recognition in the hip-hop world as one of the most influential rap albums of the 21st century so far. It included some of the Based God’s most famous songs, including “Let The Eagles Go,” “B.O.R.”, and “I’m God”, which is, by many people including me, considered to be his best track. The album features heavy production from a then-young Clams Casino, now a household name in the “cloud rap” subgenre who brought many major artists to the spotlight of the rap game, including A$AP Rocky. “6 Kiss” is almost 90 minutes long, which weirdly makes it one of Lil B’s shorter albums. I personally think, that the album is really underrated in 2022 and deserves far more credit than it has for building some of the today’s rap stars or genres.
